Users may integrate their own API keys or use keys provided by Queryboat.ai, subject to applicable charges.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• The Admin is responsible for configuring their knowledge base and ensuring data accuracy.
• The Admin must maintain the security of their account credentials and API keys.

4. Wallet & Credit System

• Users may add credits in their account to access Queryboat.ai services.
• Credits are allocated based on the allocated/discussed pricing plan.
• The cost per usage may vary and will be clearly communicated on the pricing details that will be discussed or agreed.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are to be made in advance.

Amounts paid, once credits are added to the wallet, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Partial usage of credits.
• Service discontinuation by the User.
• Any promotional credits provided are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. User Content & Compliance

The Admin is responsible for all information, data, and knowledge base content uploaded or provided to Queryboat.ai.

Users agree not to upload or process any content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Contains harmful, illegal, or offensive material.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.

7. Service Availability & Limitations

Queryboat.ai aims to maintain high availability; however, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from service interruptions, delays, or performance issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and Services (excluding User Content) belong to Queryboat.ai.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for their business purposes only.

9. API Key Usage

If Users choose to use their own API keys, they are fully responsible for managing usage costs and related compliance.

If using keys provided by Queryboat.ai, charges will be applied based on the agreed pricing model.

10. Data Privacy & Security

Queryboat.ai implements reasonable security measures to protect User data.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for their business operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Queryboat.ai shall not be held liable for loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User in the last 3 months.

12. Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time, but no refunds will be provided.

Queryboat.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse or misuse of the service.

13. Modifications to Terms

Queryboat.ai may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
